We connect clients with trustworthy, skilled, and qualified tradespeople such as builders, carpenters, electricians, and others to provide solutions for every construction task, from callouts and repairs to full-scale projects, including new builds, in and around London. By using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
- Definitions
- “Company”: Refers to Workforce Elite Ltd.
- “Client”: Refers to the individual or business using our services.
- “Tradesperson”: Refers to the skilled worker (e.g., builder, carpenter, electrician) provided by the Company to complete the Client’s job.
- “Services” refers to the tasks performed by the Tradesperson, including, but not limited to, repairs, callouts, and larger projects.
- Services
- Workforce Elite Ltd directly employs some Tradespersons. In these cases, Workforce Elite Ltd is directly liable for any issues or damages that may arise during the provision of Services.
- Suppose Workforce Elite Ltd does not have available skilled and qualified employees to carry out a task or project; in that case, we act as an intermediary, connecting Clients with only trustworthy, professional, and qualified Tradespersons. We meticulously vet these Tradespersons to ensure they meet our high standards of quality and reliability, the same standards we would require for work in our homes.
- All Tradespersons are vetted and verified for their skills and qualifications.
- Workforce Elite Ltd ensures that all Tradespersons carry out the Services with due skill, care, and diligence.
- Booking and Payments
- Booking: Clients can book Services through our website, by phone at 0203 340 5754, or via email at enquiries@workforceelite.co.uk.
- Payments: Payments for Services can be made online through our secure payment gateway. Payment terms will be outlined in the individual contract for each job.
- Deposits: Every job requires a deposit before work commences. The deposit amount is specified in the project or job quote.
- Final Payment: The remaining balance must be paid upon job completion unless otherwise agreed upon in the contract.
- Cancellations and Refunds
- Cancellations by Client: Clients may cancel their booking by providing at least 24 hours’ notice. If less notice is provided, Workforce Elite Ltd may charge a cancellation fee.
- Cancellations by Workforce Elite Ltd: Workforce Elite Ltd reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a booking due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, the Client will be notified as soon as possible, and any payments made will be refunded or applied to a rescheduled booking.
- Refunds: Refunds for Services will be considered on a case-by-case basis and will be provided at the Company’s discretion.
- Liability
- For Tradespersons directly employed by Workforce Elite Ltd, the Company is liable for any damages or issues that occur during the provision of Services.
- Workforce Elite Ltd is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of our Services.
- For Tradespersons not directly employed by Workforce Elite Ltd, the Company will not be liable for any damage or loss caused by the Tradesperson while performing the Services. However, Workforce Elite Ltd will assist in resolving any disputes that may arise.
- Tradespersons are responsible for having their insurance cover any damages or injuries that may occur during the provision of Services.
- Guarantees and Warranties
- Workforce Elite Ltd ensures that all Services are performed to a high standard. However, the tradesperson will provide specific guarantees or warranties for the work done, which will be outlined in the individual contract.
- Clients should address any issues or defects in the work directly with the Tradesperson within a reasonable time frame.
- Client Responsibilities
- Clients must provide a safe and secure environment for the Tradesperson to carry out the Services.
- Clients must ensure that any necessary permissions, consents, or approvals (e.g., planning permissions) are obtained before the work commences.
- Clients must provide accurate information regarding the scope of work to be performed.
- Confidentiality
- Both parties agree to keep all sensitive and confidential information shared during the course of the Services private and confidential and not disclose it to any third party without prior consent.
- Privacy Policy
- Workforce Elite Ltd is committed to protecting the privacy of its Clients. Any personal information provided will be used solely to deliver Services and will not be shared with third parties without consent.

- Governing Law
- These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms and conditions or the use of our Services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
